Thermal expertise for healthy and efficient housing.
Thermographic inspection, or infrared imaging, is a powerful diagnostic tool for preventative maintenance, detecting anomalies invisible to the naked eye. Thermographic inspection, or infrared inspection, is a non-intrusive, non-destructive inspection of residential and commercial buildings.
Thermography can be used to check heat loss in the walls and ceilings of the building, air infiltration through windows, thermal bridges, insulation compliance, and to locate water infiltration problems in roofs and the building envelope.
Thermography can detect problems in mechanical equipment before they break down, and thermography can also check live electrical installations as the inspection is non-contact.
Thanks to the infrared camera, we no longer need to make openings in walls or dismantle a mechanical device to identify the source of a problem.
The thermographic inspection is carried out by a certified thermographer and member of ASNT. Following the inspection, the thermographer will produce a report which will be given to the client 24 to 48 hours after the inspection.
