It's almost always possible to schedule an inspection within the next 24 to 48 hours. We'll work with you and your broker to find a date and time that works for everyone.

Typically, a home inspection takes between one and three hours, depending on the property being inspected.

We conduct inspections seven days a week. Appointments are scheduled between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., however, on-site inspections take place during daylight hours.

Inspection reports are sent electronically; usually within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection.

Our inspectors are members of the Association of Building Inspectors of Quebec (AIBQ) or the Association of Construction and Housing Professionals of Quebec (APCHQ). They hold errors and omissions insurance.

Yes, all members of the AIBQ and APCHQ are required to hold professional insurance in order to practice their profession.

If the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the inspection, no fees will apply.

If the inspection is canceled within 24 hours or on the same day, a minimum fee of $150 applies. In some cases, exceptions may apply.
